Cancellation Policy

We understand emergencies may occur; however, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit
• This applies to all situations, including personal or family emergencies and cross-border issues.

Extra Guests

• Maximum room occupancy: 2 guests (2 adults or 1 adult with one child aged 10+)
• We are unable to accommodate babies or young children under 10.
• No pets are permitted (Except the service dogs) Proof required at the time of check in.
• If guests arrive with additional people not included in the reservation, Serene Niagara Inn is not responsible for providing accommodations and may cancel the reservation without refund.

Liability

The Guest, and anyone they bring onto the property, agrees to take responsibility for their own safety and belongings and to hold the Host harmless from any claims or damages related to personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur on the premises, regardless of the cause. The Guest understands that the Host’s insurance does not cover the personal property of guests or their visitors, and that guests should obtain their own insurance if they want coverage.

Parking

• On-site parking is available forone vehicle per room.
• Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.
• While our parking area is private and safe, Serene Niagara Inn is not responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles.

Miscellaneous

• Rates are based on the number of guests entered at the time of booking..
• Additional guests (only if the room allows) will incur a fee of $50 per adult and $25 per child.
