Welcome to Serene Niagara Inn.

We are licensed by the City of Niagara Falls to operate as a Bed & Breakfast. We are always on-site; however, after 10:00 PM, in case of any in-house emergency, please contact us at 905-805-4377. For all other emergencies, please dial 911.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Minimum check-in age: 21 years
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• If your arrival time will be after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance.

House Rules

Serene Niagara Inn is committed to providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests.

• Loud gatherings, parties, and bachelor/bachelorette events are not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to remove any disruptive or intoxicated guests without refund.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (no music, and audio kept at a minimal level).

There is no curfew.

Smoking, Cooking & Food

• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO COOKING inside the rooms or on the property. Violations will result in a $300 charge, plus the cost of additional cleaning, damages, lost reservations, and any false-alarm fees.
• No eating meals inside the rooms. Please use the breakfast area or upper-level lookout area for meals.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to 13% HST.
• By making a reservation, guests agree to the following terms:
• For direct bookings, a 50% deposit (including cleaning fee and taxes) is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in.
• A valid credit card is required. If payment cannot be processed, the reservation may be cancelled.
• For group bookings (maximum 10 guests), please contact us before making a reservation.
