Welcome to Serene Niagara Inn.
Serene Niagara Inn is Licensed to Operate as a Bed & Breakfast by the city of Niagara Falls. Our address is 5381 River Road, Niagara Falls Ontario L2E 3H1.
Minimum check in age: 19 years. Check-in time: 3 PM to 10 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM
If your arrival is delayed and check-in would be after 10 pm, please call or message to inform us of the delay. Check-in after Midnight will incur a $40 late check-in fee.
Serene Niagara Inn is committed to providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our guests. Loud gatherings, parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted in our property. Management reserves the right to remove any disrupting and/or intoxicated guests, without refund. Our quite hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbourhood and our guests. This includes using shower/tubs
No Curfew.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR NO COOKING INSIDE OUR ROOMS/PROPERTY. Doing so will result in a charge of $300 plus extra costs of cleaning, damages, lost reservations and false alarms.
Absolutely no eating of meals in the rooms. Feel free to use our Breakfast area or our lookout area on upper level if needed.
We are always on the site however if after 10:00 PM, In case of emergency please call us @ 905-805-4377 for in house issues, All other emergency call 911.
Booking:
All bookings are subject to taxes of 13% H.S.T
By making this reservation, guest agrees to the following terms:
If the reservation made directly guest agree to pay 50% of the charge at the time of booking including cleaning fee and taxes, and remaining at the day of check-in. The credit card information should be current and valid otherwise the reservation will be cancelled by Serene Niagara Inn.
Regarding groups, please contact Serene Niagara Inn prior to making the reservations. (Max of 10 accommodation)
Cancellation Policies
We totally understand the emergency situations however, our cancellation policy is require 7 days of notice prior to the arrival date if you wish to cancel your reservation within that period a refund of the original deposit, less $ 30 processing fee, will be credited. If it is less than 7 days period, there will be no refund of the deposit this includes but not limited to any personal or family emergencies or any cross border issues.
Extra Guests:
Room occupancy is limited to 2 person. All our rooms can only accommodate 2 adults or 1 adult with child (age 10 and above) If there is any special request please call us before making a reservation. Unfortunately we don’t have the facilities to accommodate babies.
If guests arrive with additional persons at check-in, Serene Niagara Inn is not responsible for making provisions for extra guests and reserve the right to cancel the entire reservation and with no refund.
Parking:
On site. Limit of one vehicle per Room of Serene Niagara Inn. Parking for additional vehicles onsite is not permitted. Our parking lot is safe and private however, Serene Niagara Inn will not take any responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicles.
Miscellaneous:
The rates quoted are based on your inputs of number of guests including children.
Additional persons will result in an extra person’s charge of $75 per adult and $25 per child provided the room can accommodate the extra guests.
